This standard rotary type level switch supports every condition. As it can be handled easily, it is operated stably for a long term.

  • High-temperature specifications and load bearing specifications are available.
  • As the internal mechanism has been unitized, the switch can be replaced without detaching the main body from the tank.
  • A clutch mechanism is provided as standard equipment to protect the motor from overloads on the paddle.
  • Various apparent specific gravities can be supported by selecting a suitable paddle shape
Operating Principles

When the deposits of measured substances restrain the paddle being rotated by the motor, the contact is output to stop the motor. When there is no more deposit left, the motor resumes rotation.

Viscous liquids and high-temperature liquids can also be detected!

  • As the moving part design is simple, stable operations are ensured.
  • A liquid in a tank contacts the detecting pipe but does not touch the main body of the switch.
  • Even highly viscous and cohesive liquids as well as high-temperature liquids that are difficult to detect through a float switch can be measured with relative ease.
Operating Principles

When the water level in the tank rises, the internal pressure of the detecting pipe increases and the diaphragm pushes the micro switch to produce contact output. When the water level falls and the internal pressure of the detecting pipe decreases, the contact output is released by the return force of the micro switch and the weight of the diaphragm.

Operating Principles

It measures the capacitance variations between the main electrode and the tank wall or the main electrode and the grounding electrode. As the level rises, the capacitance value increases, and the contact is output when it exceeds the set value.
