Working Principle

High precision measurement system for 3D information. Highest repeatability of 0.8 micron for z-axis. 3D measurement for geometry, shape, and surface inspection.

This sensor using projector to project out fringe pattern, while the camera on side capture the pattern to create high precision cloud data.

Projecting pattern

The 3D snapshot sensors work according to the principle of fringe projection,
which allows direct 3D measurement of components. The sensor stands
out due to its compact design and high measurement accuracy combined
with high data processing speed.

3D-view, a software to create 3D image interm of (.asc, .stl, .csv, .ply) for the representation and processing in other programs. This program also present the 3D info in integrated colour coding
