T24-AO1i
  • 2 way radio system for data integrity
  • Wide operating voltage range (9-32vdc)
  • 0-10V, 4-20mA, 0-20mA, ±10V and ±5V analogue outputs available
  • Worldwide licence exempt 2.4 GHz radio
  • Integrated internal antenna
  • 120 metre (400 feet) range maximum
  • Simple configuration via PC using a base station and Telemetry Toolkit software.
  • Environmentally sealed to IP65
  • T24-AO1i provides a configurable analog output for the range of T24 acquisition modules.
  • The T24-AO1i is housed in an IP65 housing for industrial installation.

The output can be selected from the pre-calibrated voltage and current ranges. 0-10Volts, ±10Volts, 0-5Volts, ±5Volts, 0-20mA, 4-20mA. which can be used in either ‘sink’ or source mode.

LED’s in the T24-AO1i provide indication of the state of the radio link, remote battery life and remote status. The T24-AO1i uses open collectors outputs to relay this information

A digital Input allows for zeroing of the incoming data value.

The T24-AO1i modules are easily configured using the T24 Toolkit software and a base station.

LCM Systems can supply the T-24 products integrated into various sensors, to form a wireless sensor system. There are several standard products which utilise the T24 range, including the TELSHACK range and RILL ranges.

The DS485DIS is an LED display module allowing the connection and summing of up to eight (8) DSC or DLC devices. The display enables the use of DSC or Dcells without the need for permanent connection to a PC or PLC. The display can toggle between gross and zeroed net display and optionally allows the user to cycle through the individual displays that form the sum. The inputs are all synchronised so the summed display is a true representation of the instantaneous input without skew.

Requirements
This display can connect to various RS485 DSC and DLC devices with the MantraBus II protocol. Suitable devices are: DSC4SMAN, DSC4HMAN, DLCSMAN and DLCHMAN. The DSC and DLC devices must have sequential station numbers from 1 to the total number of devices. The default baudrate is 115200.

Configuration
This module is configured using an RS232 connection to a PC or laptop. and Instrument Explorer software.

LCM Systems can supply this configured as part of a system complete with sensors, including embedded DCELL’s or external DSC’s.

The T24-HA is an advanced handheld display which forms part of the popular T24 range of sensor acquisition system. It allows wireless remote viewing of multiple inputs such as strain, voltage or current using 2.4GHz radio. The device provides sleep and wake functionality for all wireless modules thus extending battery life and reducing maintenance costs. The wide temperature operating range and the robust technology ensures that the module it is not susceptible to harsh physical or electrical environments.

The module can operate in two modes:
►Result Mode: This default mode creates a single resultant by summing the values from up to 12 acquisition modules simultaneously as well as allowing users to view the discrete values that make up the result.

►Item Mode : In this mode each acquisition module is treated as a separate entity and the T24-HA is used to cycle through all available items. LCM Systems can supply the T-24 products integrated into various products, to form a wireless load cell system. There are several standard products which utilise these products, including the TELSHACK range and RILL.
