The CDIT-3 series of Load Cells have been designed for a wide range of force measurement and weighing applications where space is limited. Constructed from stainless steel, the CDIT-3 has a fully welded construction offering a high level of corrosion resistance for use in harsh environments, with environmental sealing to IP68. This range of load cells is available with ranges covering 0-100kg to 0-200te.
There are many applications suited to the CDIT-3, including restricted height weighing applications, general force measurements and press calibration.There are mounting plate, load cap and complete weighing assembly (see CDIT-3-WMOUNT) accessories available for ranges up to 30te, and load cap versions.

The TCA series load cell is ideal for measuring both tensile and compressive forces. The standard metric threads at each end of the load cell are designed to accept standard spherical seating rod-end bearing.

There is great flexibility in the TCA design, allowing us to offer special sizes, to meet specific application requirements, or different end thread sizes/combinations. There are versions available with male threads at each end, or male threads one end, female the other. We are also happy to supply any of the TCA series with imperial thread sizes.

The TCA series can be supplied as shown in this datasheet or can be modified to meet a particular application requirement. We are always pleased to discuss any special requirements that can be accommodated. The TCA series can be supplied on it’s own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete load monitoring system.

The LCM range of Load Measurement Pins are designed for general use. They are a simple and versatile type of load cell that are used in a large variety of applications such as cranes, winches, hoists, load shackles and bearing blocks. They are easily installed into machines by replacing any existing load bearing pin to provide accurate, real time monitoring of load forces. Machined from high tensile stainless steel and are normally supplied complete with an anti-rotation plate, our load pins are built to exacting standards and are proof loaded to 150% of normal rated load. Our standard load pin range covers ratings between 500kgs and 1500 tonnes, and can be provide to the specified dimensions or can be modified to meet a particular application requirement (see LPB load pin). The LMP series can be supplied on it's own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete load monitoring system.
