This compact triangulation sensor achieves a high measurement accuracy and measuring rates of up to 10 kHz. The high-performance optical system generates a small light spot which enables to even detect the finest of details and structures reliably.

We can just simply using our EtherCAT module IF1032/ETH. We also have ILD2300 high end laser triangulation sensor which can directly have Ethercat protocol without any amplifier or converter.

Setup

Connect 24 power supply and open wire of your sensor than you may use an RJ45 cable to your plc/pc to use the etherCAT interface.

Note you can use Analogue convert to EtherCAT, analogue our is a standard for all ild sensor.

For ILD2300 can direct etherCAT interface, you have the chouce below direct using D-sub or using an extended module
